We are currently looking for Application Support Professionals with 2-5 years of experience on Application Support/Production Support with the following
skill set:

•Should be well versed with the knowledge on Application Support Process.
•Must have excellent Analysis, Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution skills.
•Primary 12-hour on-call Production Support when in Rotation (AM high availability, PM telecommute).
•Mid-level Platform Administration Tasks including: Operations, System Monitor Design, Implementation and Operation, Script Development for Analysis and Monitoring, Problem Resolution, System and Platform Installation, Configuration.
•Consistent and Timely Closure of Core Communication Feedback Loop (written and verbal).
•Ability to interact with & understand the US Clients.
•Previous experience in Technical Support/App Support/Production Support preferable.
•Must have working experience in PL/SQL, writing SQL Queries,Unix and Shell Scripting.
•Should have good knowledge of IIS Server or WeblogicServer.
•Should have good knowledge on either Siebel/Oracle/Java/DotNet.
•Prior experience of Production Support in Telecom industry will be preferred.
•Candidates having B1 visa would be an added advantage.

Testing leads

-  Total experience of 5+ yrs with 1/2 yrs experience in team leading
-  Should be a team player and be able to handle team and work, independently.
-  Should be able to handle client communication independently.
-  Ability to work on Multiple projects concurrently
-  Experience in providing test status reports
-  Should have good knowledge of test tools- Test Director or Quality Center
-  Should be good in test documentation like test plan, test strategy, testing process etc
-  Good knowledge of test life cycle and defect life cycle.
-  Fair knowledge of database with good command over data query language (SQL)
-  Experience in Telecom Domain and Telecom Provisioning Systems are preferred
-  Candidates with experience on Sigma Testing Platform are preferred
-  Candidates with B1 visa are preferred
