Mainframe / AS400 / VMS (Job Code: GCC/01/L1 L2 TL)
- Knowledge of operation and management of iSeries (AS400), ZSeries (IBM Mainframe), VMS Systems and middleware operations like DB2 etc.
- Working knowlede of Tivoli suite of products, HP openview or any other monitoring tool
- Knowledge on Change Management Process, Event Monitoring, Incident management
- Troubleshooting, Batch Processing, problem handling & administration

- IBM Certified Specialist - System z Technical Support, Power Systems Technical Support IBM Certified Advanced Technical Expert - System i Solutions

Network & Telecom (Job Code: GCC/03/L1 L2 TL)
